Risen Star College is Nationally Accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
Risen Star College of Technology & Business is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 46397) regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and approved to deliver nationally recognised training. We are also registered on CRICOS (04362H) to deliver approved courses to international students.
As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, Risen Star College complies with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework, as established under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011. This ensures our training and assessment practices meet nationally recognised standards.
To maintain registration, Risen Star College continues to meet ASQA’s regulatory requirements and aligns its practices with the revised Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) issued by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR).
These Standards focus on quality outcomes for learners and industry, supported by three key components:

This includes the use of modern digital platforms, such as our eSkilled Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS), to support the delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement of training and assessment.

Student Management System (SMS)
We utilise a modern Student Management System (SMS) to support the effective delivery and monitoring of training and assessment. This system assists with:
- Managing student enrolments and records
- Monitoring student progress and engagement
- Supporting compliance and reporting requirements
- Enhancing communication between students and trainers
Learning Management System (LMS)
At Risen Star College, we use the eSkilled Learning Management System (LMS) to support the delivery of structured, flexible, and engaging learning experiences.
The eSkilled LMS provides students with access to course materials, learning activities, and assessments in an organised online environment that supports progression through each unit of competency.
