Turn Your Workplace Experience into a Nationally Recognised Qualification
Many people working in disability support, community services, aged care, health and safety, and other industries have gained valuable skills through years of practical experience but may not hold a formal qualification.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an assessment process that evaluates your existing skills, knowledge, and workplace experience against the requirements of a nationally recognised qualification.
If you have developed your skills through employment, volunteering, professional development, or industry experience, you may be able to have those skills formally recognised.
Evidence Commonly Required
Evidence may include:

Each application is assessed individually against the requirements of the relevant qualification
Qualifications Available Through RPL
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
Suitable for experienced disability support workers who provide direct support to NDIS participants.
CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services
Suitable for experienced community services workers, support coordinators, team leaders, case workers, and community support professionals.
BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
Suitable for individuals involved in workplace health and safety responsibilities across various industries..
BSB51319 Diploma of Work Health and Safety
Suitable for experienced WHS professionals involved in safety leadership, risk management, compliance, and workplace safety systems.
